By accessing and using hoursbacklab.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Hours Back Lab provides systems consulting, workshops, training programs, and advisory services for business owners. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon before any engagement begins.
The 90-Day AI Business Foundations program
The program runs for 3 months. Individual places are $197 a month and team places are $497 a month, each billed for 3 monthly cycles. You can also pay the full amount up front. Billing stops automatically after the third monthly payment. All prices include GST.
Month one guarantee. Finish month 1, and if you cannot see where AI fits your business, we refund everything you have paid. Request the refund by email to hello@hoursbacklab.com.
Cancelling mid-program. Outside the guarantee window, enrolment is a commitment to the full 3-month program, and the remaining monthly payments fall due for the program you enrolled in. If your circumstances change, talk to us and we will be reasonable.
Members have access to session recordings and the skill library for the duration of the program.
Taster credit. If you attend a $67 taster session and then join the program, the $67 is credited toward the program at checkout.
AI Fast Start
AI Fast Start is a one-day onsite installation priced at $5,500 including GST. A 50% deposit books the day. The balance is due before the onsite day. Rescheduling is by agreement.

Use of artificial intelligence
Hours Back Lab uses AI tools in the creation of website content, blog posts, assessment scoring, and the chatbot feature. Blog posts are AI-generated through an automated pipeline. Assessment scoring is fully automated with no human review of individual results. Statistics cited in content are sourced from AI research with citations provided. We do not use AI to generate testimonials, reviews, or client quotes. The chatbot on this site is powered by AI and is not a human. For full details, see our AI Disclosure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Hours Back Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
