The program. September to November.

Three months to set up AI as a managed team member in your business. Six in-person sessions per cohort, two a month, plus combined online sessions between. Cohorts in South Windsor and Penrith. You finish with your 2027 AI Business Plan. Starts Wednesday 2 September.

Where do I start?

What is the difference between the program and Fast Start?

The program teaches you to build your AI foundation yourself over 90 days, for $197 a month. Fast Start installs the same foundation for you in one day, onsite, for $5,500 inc GST. They are separate offers, never bundled. Many Fast Start clients also take a program team seat, because they arrive with the first three sessions already in place.

Why is there a qualification form before the Discovery Call?

Discovery Call capacity is limited. A short qualification form makes sure the time goes to right-fit conversations, and routes everyone else to a better next step. The program, the book, or an honest "not a fit" note.

What does Done-For-You vs Done-With-You mean on the build engagements?

Done-For-You means Hours Back Lab builds the system in your environment and hands it over working. Done-With-You means Hours Back Lab designs the architecture and reviews work weekly while your tech-capable team member builds it. Same outcome, different price point.

Do I own the work afterwards?

Yes. You own everything we build.

  • ·Workflow Automation: a documented, working system in your tools.
