01The problem

The 9pm
quote.

It is Tuesday night. Dinner is done. You are back at the laptop, writing a quote from scratch, and next week you will write almost the same one again.

Maybe for you it is not quotes. It is patient notes at lunch. The same email to every new client. The question your staff keep asking that only you can answer.

You have tried AI. Some days it is good. Most days you type long instructions into a box, then fix what comes back. That is not help. That is one more job.

And while your quote waits until Tuesday night, the homeowner has called two other companies. One of them sent something over the same day. Speed to lead wins the contract.

You do not need to get better at AI. You need AI trained on your business. That is what you build here, yourself, so it stays yours.

You are not behind. Almost everyone is here.

Nearly

Half

of Australian small businesses have tried AI

About

have it working in the business, day to day

That gap is not the software. It is the difference between typing into a box and training AI on how your business actually runs. Crossing it is what the Lab is for.

02How the 90 days work

How the 90 days work.

01

In the room.

Two in-person sessions a month at your cohort. South Windsor serves Hawkesbury and the Hills; Penrith serves Penrith and the Blue Mountains. You pick your cohort when you join, and that room is yours for the ninety days.

Two hours each
Business hours, small rooms
Recorded for playback
02

Online, in between.

Combined online sessions in the weeks between, both cohorts together. Bring your homework, get it working, ask anything.

Two hours each
Business hours

03

A members-only community. Ask a question between sessions, get an answer from someone who was in the room.

04

My skill and tool library. The prompts, tools and set-ups I use to run my own businesses. Yours to copy and adapt, rather than build from nothing.

You will not sit and watch slides. The room builds the same thing together, you start your own version, and the online session after it is where you get yours finished and working. The sessions build on each other, which is the point: by November the pieces are one system, not six exercises.

You are building skills, not memorising one app. What you learn works the same way in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, so it stays useful whichever one you end up paying for, and whatever comes next.

The Hills is served by the South Windsor cohort, and the Blue Mountains by Penrith. More rooms as the community grows: Parramatta and Badgerys Creek are next.

03What you build

Four working AI systems in ninety days. You keep every one.

Built by you, one per session, plus your 2027 plan:

01

Your one-page AI policy, ready for your staff to follow

02

Your written brief and business context file, so AI answers like someone who works for you

03

One home for your work: your project set up, and your first recorded skill

04

Your quote and estimate generator. Quotes out the same day, because speed to lead wins

05

Your enquiry assistant, answering your real enquiries in your voice

06

Your scheduled assistant, running a job without you: reactivation or reviews

07

The capstone: your 2027 AI Business Plan, ranked by the hours it hands back

You built them, so you know how they work and how to fix them. No agency owns them. No subscription switches them off.

04The room

Who you’ll sit next to.

On your left, a builder who wants quotes out the same day. On your right, a physio who wants her notes done before she leaves the clinic. Across the table, the office manager of a cleaning company with twelve staff and nothing written down.

Different businesses. Same leaks. That is why one room works, and why the person beside you will ask the question you were too polite to.

No jargon. Nobody makes you feel silly for asking. Most of the room is new to this too.

05The method

We teach you to manage AI, not just use it.

Most training teaches software buttons. We train a skill, in four steps.

1

Ask.

You prompt, it answers. Some days the answer is good.

2

Delegate.

You hand over a whole task, with your rules set up front.

3

Manage.

The work runs to your rules. You spot-check.

4

Step back.

Whole jobs run without you touching the work.

Most people are stuck at ask. The hours come back at delegate, and getting you there is our first job. Sessions one to three take you from ask to delegate. Sessions four to six are where manage and step back arrive, because by then the assistants are doing the work.

06The sessions

September, October and November.

Every session runs 10am to 12pm, two hours, in person at your cohort. Both cohorts run the same six sessions in parallel, so nobody trades material for location. The combined online sessions run in the weeks between. Everything is recorded.

AI basics and data safety.  What is safe to put in, and the rules for your business. You leave with your one-page AI policy.

02

Reliable answers, trained on your business.  Your written brief and business context file, so the same good answer comes back every time.

03

One home for your work.  The Friday 4pm enquiry, worked live. Your project set up, and your first recorded skill.

04

Build: win the work.  Your quote and estimate generator. The fastest quote wins a shocking amount of the time.

05

Build: your enquiry assistant.  You bring real enquiries. It learns to answer them in your voice.

06

Build: your scheduled assistant.  A job that runs without you: reactivating old leads, or asking for reviews.

07Straight talk

Could you learn this from YouTube?

Some of it, yes. It is free, and some of it is good. But a video cannot look at your screen, catch the step you missed, or build with your actual quotes, notes and clients. That is the difference you are paying for.

It is still not for you if:

You want it all done for you. That is a different service, and I offer it too.

You would rather learn alone at 11pm. There are cheaper courses for that.

You are waiting for AI to settle down first. It will not.

08Who runs it

I am Linda Cunningham.

After more than two decades delivering technology programs for banks, medtech and government, that work now goes into AI systems for my own businesses and for local ones. This is my trade, not my topic.

I am building this in the open, in Western Sydney, and teaching it in person.

What people say.

For years, we had a role in our agency so tedious that no one stayed in it long, and every new hire meant three months of training plus another three months of a senior team member's time to get them fully competent. Whenever that person went on leave, the whole thing ground to…

10Questions

Questions people actually ask.

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. The room builds one thing together, step by step, and most people in it are new to this. If you get stuck, someone is beside you, and every session is recorded so you can watch it again slowly.

What AI do you teach?

Mainly Claude. ChatGPT and Gemini feature too, and I show you where they differ. Most of what you build works the same way in all three, so bring whichever one you already use.

Which AI subscription do I need?

A paid plan, about $30 a month, with any of the three. The free versions cannot do what we build.

What if I miss a session?

The sessions build on each other, so do not just skip it. Watch the recording, then bring your homework to the next online session and we catch you up there, before your next in-person session.

Can I join after the cohort starts?

In the first couple of weeks, yes: you watch the recordings of what you missed and the first online session gets your context file caught up. After that, the next cohort is the honest answer, and the waitlist is where you hear about it first.

Is my business data safe in these tools?

That is the first session, not an afterthought. You leave it with a written one-page rule for what goes in, what stays out, and what your staff are allowed to do.

Can my office manager come instead of me?

Yes. Whoever actually does the work should be in the room. The team plan covers up to four people from one business, and all four are welcome in the room and online.

When are the sessions?

Business hours, two hours each, 10am to 12pm. South Windsor meets on Wednesdays and Penrith on Thursdays, twice a month, with the combined online sessions in the weeks between. Your welcome email lists your cohort's exact dates.

What happens after the 90 days?

You finish with your 2027 AI Business Plan and everything you built, which is yours to keep. What comes next gets built from what graduates ask for. There is no lock-in and nothing keeps billing.
